The Minnesota Business Partnership, made up of the chief executives of the state’s largest employers recently released its new “Minnesota Health Care Performance Scorecard”. It’s a pragmatic, nonpartisan assessment of what works in Minnesota health care and what areas need improvement.

There is great need for dental care amongst the population we serve. We already have helped over 200 patients with dental needs and dental care is now available 4 days a week! Thanks to these two significant grants, HFC will continue to fill the gaps and ensure healthcare access to all.

Our MESA programming this past year-the Teen Outreach Program (TOP), Eat, Talk, Connect, and Comadres/Comadres and the Teen Clinic all saw increased participation, strong connections in the community, and increased communication between parents and families. Faribault High School students in the Teen Outreach Program recently conducted a children's book drive to increase literacy rates among children. They collected a total of 844 books to donate to the Faribault Clinic!
