The Minnesota Business Partnership, made up of the chief executives of the state’s largest employers recently released its new “Minnesota Health Care Performance Scorecard”. It’s a pragmatic, nonpartisan assessment of what works in Minnesota health care and what areas need improvement.

There is great need for dental care amongst the population we serve. We already have helped over 200 patients with dental needs and dental care is now available 4 days a week! Thanks to these two significant grants, HFC will continue to fill the gaps and ensure healthcare access to all.

Longtime residents of Northfield, Jim and Sue have been supporting HFC since its beginning. Sue served as a volunteer receptionist for many years and has a background and passion for health and wellness education. Jim's career in medical device design, involves him with the health community. Both are strong believers in our purpose and role in the local community.
HealthFinders could not do the good work we do without donors like Sue and Jim!

Our MESA programming this past year-the Teen Outreach Program (TOP), Eat, Talk, Connect, and Comadres/Comadres and the Teen Clinic all saw increased participation, strong connections in the community, and increased communication between parents and families.
