HealthFinders is committed to removing any and all barriers to those seeking care. We see patients with Medical Assistance, Minnesota Care, and associated public plans. We are in this together, and we want to ensure we can continue to provide our services to those that need them for many years to come. ​
For those without insurance, we have a sliding fee scale for our services. The fee will be discounted based on income.

HealthFinders is able to cover 90% of the costs of care through community support, donors and funders, and through other billable services.
​
We have found patients are proud to share in the cost of making our services possible. Patient contribution payments position HealthFinders be sustainable for the future. No eligible patients will be denied services at any of our clinics for inability to pay, nor will we turn away patients carrying balances.
What this means for you

If you are covered by a public insurance plan we will collect any applicable co-payments and bill your insurance.

If you do not have insurance we will collect a small fee for your services based on your income.

Typical cost of an office visit for patients with incomes 75%-125% of the Federal Poverty Level (actual costs may vary).

New Patient: $10-$26

Returning Patients: $10-$35​

We will always work with you to make sure cost is not a barrier to your care.
No one will be turned away due to inability to pay.
