Mental Health Therapist
As a Mental Health Therapist, you'll make a real difference in the Latinx and Somali communities, and other underserved groups, in schools and clinics. You'll provide therapy and prevention services to help people feel better and stay well.

Human Resources Specialist - part time
The Human Resource Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the HR functions of HFC. This position is responsible for a range of tasks related to operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties.

School-Based Health Center Coordinator
The School Based Health Center (SBHC) Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support for the new School Based Health Center, launching at Faribault High School. .

Clinical Associate
Clinical Associates help take care of patients and keep things running smoothly at HealthFinders. They are often the first person a patient meets when they come into the office. Their job includes scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, helping with paperwork, and sometimes interpreting for patients. They also work closely with nurses, doctors, and volunteers to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Dental Assistant
The licensed dental assistant will assist in all areas of program activities. The successful candidate will be a collaborator by nature, extremely reliable, and holds a strong belief in organization’s mission.

Care Coordinator
The Care Coordinator Supervisor's job is to help patients and families stay healthy by connecting them to the right doctors and community services. They also make sure that different healthcare workers, like doctors and nurses, work together to give patients the best care possible. Their goal is to support the whole patient, not just their medical needs.
