We Are Moving!

**WE ARE MOVING!** We are saying Good-bye and Thank You to Little Prairie Church after many  years of service to HealthFinders! We are SO thankful and honored for the use of the Little Prairie Church space.  HealthFinders is growing and to meet the needs of our community as of April 1st, we will be closing our Dundas location and moving clinic services to our Northfield location (in the Sterling Drug building) on Division Street, at 710 Division St. NO disruptions to our clinic are planned.  The clinic hours will remain the same.  For more information, please see our Medical page.
