Together for Health – HealthFinders' annual fundraising event celebrating 20 years of Community, Care and Connection.

 

Why is this important? So many HFC patients have experienced trauma and are marginalized in our community. NOW is the time to take action and join together for health!

 

When we come together for health we directly support neighbors who are feeling the pain of the moment and we make our shared communities healthier.
